Plumbing & Central Heating Engineer - Job Vacancy (Cardiff based applicants only)
Hours: 42.5 Hours per week

Job Description/General Duties: Plumbing & Heating Engineer
This is quality work for high calibre trades persons.
General Duties
- Be able to accurately diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as taps, toilets and leaking pipes.
- Install gas boilers, unvented cylinders and heating systems
- Install gas and electric hobs/ovens and washing machines / dishwashers
- Carry out gas safety certificates and boiler servicing in residential properties, and ensure all appliances and system applications are in accordance with gas safe regulations.
- Be able to carry out gas safety certificates, boiler servicing and updates on a Pdf database on site.
- Have a self motivated attitude, attention to detail and a friendly and positive attitude towards customers.
Essential Requirements: If you are an experienced plumber and central heating engineer with all relevant trade qualifications (minimum NVQ Level 2), and five years relevant plumbing and heating experience, motivation and excellent customer service skills.
GAS SAFE qualification is essential(MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS LEFT ON ACCREDITATION'S)
You are invited to join a team forming part of Cardiff's leading domestic Installation and maintenance team.
You will also need to provide excellent references from recent, previous employers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.

Job Description/General Duties: Bathroom and wetroom installations

General Duties
- Be able to carry out full bathroom installations
- Carry out the rip out of the existing bathroom and isolate the hot/cold and heating pipework
- Make good the walls and ceiling. Ready for plastering to be done via others
- First fix the plumbing and heating pipework ready for final fix
- Carry out the floor and wall tiling
- Install the bathroom suite
- Have a self motivated attitude, attention to detail and a friendly and positive attitude towards customers.
Essential Requirements: If you are an experienced plumber and central heating engineer with all relevant trade qualifications (minimum NVQ Level 2), and 10 years relevant plumbing and heating experience, motivation and excellent customer service skills.
